Here at Studio Langan, Ltd. Co. we create luxury design experiences for our clients. Working with us will allow you access to trade-exclusive vendors. We understand each project is different and ensure that our services are responsive to the individual needs of every client. Having your house designed can be an intimate process which we care about deeply. Below is a list of services we offer for our full service clients.

THE PROCESS

exploration

To start we will ask you questions to learn about your design needs, goals, budget and timeline. This can take place either in person, on the phone or through email. After we have a better idea of the scope of your project we will walk through the existing space to take measurements and site photos. This will give us the bones to start with while we start to enter deeper into the design process.

concept development

Next we will develop a creative concept that will guide our design. Think of the creative concept as the script that helps us tell the story of your space. We will use tools like inspiration boards, text and images to convey the concept. The design concept is our driving force of why all and everything is chosen, it simply eliminates the question, why?

design development

Design development is the phase where we move away from conceptual ideas, and design concrete elements in your space. This includes finalizing the floor plan, finishes, fixtures, and any special features, plus the FFF+E procurement we develop. We discuss incorporating any and all design needs of the space to really envelope the concept into the design.

selection + purchase

Now that the floor plan, finishes and fixtures are finalized, we can select furniture and accessories. We do extensive research in order to present you with the best options that work with your timeline and budget. We also do all purchasing and holding of products if needed, while we wait for the installation portion of the design process.

project management

We make all necessary purchases, and can facilitate the delivery and storage of all items if need be. When applicable, we coordinate with the architect and contractors. We go into the space and while construction is happening to oversee the quality and construction is going properly. An installation date is selected during this phase.

installation

We oversee the installation of all items. We make sure that everything goes as smoothly and quickly as possible. At the end of the final installation of large furniture pieces we will go into the space with all the layering accessories, décor, bedding, and more to layer the space and complete the final stages of the design.
